Creator terms

These terms apply when you join SkinPal Creators, the creator program of SkinPal AI, and connect an Instagram account to it. By connecting an account you agree to them.

1. Who can join

You must be 18 or over, use an Instagram professional account (Business or Creator) that you own or manage, and follow Instagram's and Meta's terms and community guidelines.

2. What you allow us to do

When you connect, you allow us, through the permissions you grant on Meta's screen, to:

• publish program posts to your account that you have approved;
• read your profile, posts and their metrics, and your account metrics;
• read comments on your posts and post the replies you write or approve;
• read your Instagram messages and send the replies you write or approve.

You can disconnect at any time, as described in the privacy policy.

3. Program posts

• We provide the content for program posts. You review each post and may decline any of them.
• Every program post is paid promotion. It must be labelled as a paid partnership with SkinPal AI (Instagram's paid partnership label, or "#ad" where the label is not available), and as AI-generated where it contains AI-generated content.
• Do not edit a program post to add claims, especially medical or health claims, that are not in the post we provided.

4. Payouts

• Payouts are based on the views Instagram reports for your program posts during the tracking period, at the rate, minimums and caps set out in your campaign brief.
• Views from paid promotion, bots, purchased views, engagement groups or any other artificial means do not count. We may hold a payout while we review unusual activity, and we will not pay for views we find to be artificial.
• You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.

5. Ending

You or we may end your participation at any time. Payouts already earned on valid views before that date are still paid. Program posts may stay on your account after the program ends unless we ask you to remove them.

6. General

The program is provided as is. We do not guarantee any number of posts, views or earnings. We may update these terms; we tell connected creators about material changes before they apply. Questions: hello@skinpalai.app.
